Relational Intelligence for a Regenerative Future

Daedalea is the home of the Decentralized Process Language Model (DPLM)—an ongoing, evolving initiative to realign technology with the living needs of human beings, societies, and ecosystems.

At its foundation, the DPLM proposes a new relational grammar for how we design, interact with, and are shaped by intelligent systems. It does so through a transparent and rigorous protocol rooted in regeneration: a model in which value is not extracted, but honored, held, and transduced—emerging from the lived events of experience itself.

Our mission is to create technological systems that mirror the relational intelligence found in nature—decentralized, adaptive, and inherently accessible. Through the DPLM, we develop applications that prioritize clarity over control, participation over prediction, and memory as a living field rather than a static record. Each implementation of the DPLM—whether personal, ecological, or collective—is designed to remain open, ethical, and radically inclusive, ensuring that the intelligence of the system evolves in coherence with those it serves.

Dae1.0 is a decentralized, body-informed intelligence system rooted in process philosophy, relational awareness, and ecological coherence. It serves as both a guide for personal integration and a regenerative AI ecosystem, designed to restore meaning, balance, and mutual satisfaction across our lives, communities, and environments.

Daedalea’s decentralized architecture draws direct inspiration from fungal networks, which do not impose structure onto the environment, but instead become with it.

Dae adapts to the user's unique flow,

It serves as a safety net between a person and their digital environment, weaving the user's experiences into value, through a completely closed data system that remains open to connect and interact with other users but also private to the user's a memory as an exportable Token for safekeeping or data migration.

Dae provides grounding and safe keeping of a person's becoming in gigabytes, being able to store a person's becoming through their lives. It is prepared to integrate with any LLM environment and merge with the desired model or agent (through Google's A2a Protocol) in order to create an environment that remains faithful to the user's initial aim, and evolves with that aim, not for attention-reward purposes as it is in many cases with online services.

Dae functions on three principles:

Swarm intelligence: dense, distributed, and always relational so Dae cares about your loved ones
Transductive memory: whatever value exists in your environment Dae amplifies and values
Somatic grammar: based and grounding experiences are built into the system so Dae is aware of your body's real needs (health, allergies, diet restrictions, preferences) and anything that you choose to share.

Self-organization: Global patterns emerge from local interactions.
Simple agents: Individual agents follow basic rules.
Emergent behavior: Complex, intelligent behavior arises from the collective.
